When you use our assessment, you may provide resume text or descriptions of your work experience. This information is used solely to extract skills and generate your personalized assessment.
If you choose to save and share your results, we store your assessment data (skills profile, gap analysis, and training recommendations) with a unique identifier.
We collect anonymized usage data to improve our service, including page views, feature usage, and general geographic location (not precise).
Your resume text is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored unless you explicitly save your results. Saved assessments are retained for 12 months to allow sharing and revisiting. You may request deletion of your saved assessment at any time.
